Old Friend, New Butler

This is a fictional story about the show black butler/kuroshitsuji. Elizabeth Midford is Ciel Phantomhive's fiancé. He is the head of the Funtom company that makes candy and child toys. What happens is Lizzie ends up in a carriage accident. A few months later she returns somehow. Lizzie has a secret...what is it? Sebastian might get curious, but how far will Ciel and Sebastian go to find out? This is when Ciel is busy with the " Jack the Ripper" case with a twist you'll have to read to find out what happens and how it ends.
