A collection of poems about my struggles with mental health issues. Writing has always been an escape for me and it has exposed me to some of the most wonderful and creative people this generation has to offer. Their words continue to inspire me to put my own thoughts to paper. 

This collection represents a time in my life where I could find no light even in the sunniest of days and no hope even when surrounded by friends. I hope that my words can give some lost soul the solace that they are not alone in this world. Just as the words of others has done for me.

H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems. All images featured were found via Bing Search, online.
