Friendship rules. Carlos and Y/n set those friendship rules when they were kids. Why? You ask. Carlos felt like an outsider in his famed family, the Madrigals. Especially when his twin brother, Camilo, is around. He had renowned, good looks, shape-shifting abilities, and was everyone's favorite. Y/n was the only person who had his back, and he'd do anything to keep her to himself. Growing up deprived of affection and quality time made him so attached to her because she actually paid attention to him.

Their friendship was perfect in every way. Camilo's history of secretly writing her letters, on the other hand, may change that. Camilo met her on their seventh birthday and immediately fell in love with her smile. Since then, he has already been sending her letters one by one. Considering the rules, she never replied. But when she decides to do so one night, everything changes.
