It's not every day that you come across a story from the point of view of a villain. He may not be the only antagonist in this story, however, he still remains the eyes and ears of our eager, reading minds in this book. With a few exception chapters.
Asp, a high-class assassin with a hundred percent kill rate, is eager when the opportunity to purchase a young, Sandwing dragonet falls into his talons. The young sand dragon's only purpose in Asp's eyes is money. Her venom will be a vital part of his assassination business. Our protagonist wants nothing more than to keep her alive for the sole purpose of making him money. Money is the lifeblood in the Scorpion's Den.
However, unearthing secret after secret of Asp's newly purchased investment is a cause for alarm. And desperate, searching talons are not a thing to be trifled with.
Danger is coming. Run while you still can.

The Wings of Fire series does not belong to me, but to Tui T. Sutherland, the original author of the series. This is a fanfiction based off of her truly amazing and captivating books. No character in this book is from the original canon books. This takes place a little less than one hundred years after the original timeline.
