    In the new modern era, lot of things happened. It's more complicated and deadly, where all the people is doing their best to survive. Where death is chasing them everyday through a deadly disease that slowly spreading in entire region. On the other side, Scientists already doing their lab tests, experimenting things to come up an idea on how they can make a medicine that can cure the disease.
    
    Primitivo is one of the poorest people in their small town where the poor community is considered as slaves, and the rich people are considered as the rulers of their society. He is secretive, especially about his ability that can cure any diseases. He is one of those undiscovered mutants who wants to live longer, and who wants to protect his only family, his older brother.
    
    Not until their town is slowly turning into a hell, where the poor people are already turning into monsters who eat flesh of humans, and the rich people who are slowly turning into crazy and desperate humans just to buy all possible medicines that can cure the monstrous disease to prevent themselves being infected.
