Fading Love

Elijah was set on living his best life as a freshman varsity student, but all that changed when he found out about his father's affair with his secretary. The silent breakup with his first love only made things worse.
He was at a party, intoxicated by hatred and liquor, when his friends dared him to date the nerdy girl, whom they knew had already been secretly admiring him. Years have passed, but still, a faint memory of how genuine that girl has loved him lingers every now and then.
