Calliope Cooper was turned in at only twelve years old and she was locked up for being a second born child. At seventeen she is sent down to earth along with 99 other delinquents and a guard leaving her best friend up at the Ark. Will she be able to keep her other friends safe or will she leave them to fend for themselves down on Earth to try to find a way back to her best friend?
