Two worlds collide

Ashley is a 17 year old junior at CHS that's been through hell ever since she was born. She's smart, beautiful, funny, talented and very helpful but that's how everyone else see's her.
Jayden is a 18 year old senior at CHS, everyone knows him.. he's practically the hottest guy in school, Capitan of the basketball team, rich, smart, also talented but that's just what he wants everyone else to see.
But deep deep down.. they're both dying. How will it be after they meet each other and realize they're not alone.
