Jayden POV

"Have a good day son" My dad said. He had a business meeting to get to so he was rushing me out.

"I'll have you a car in the parking lot about time you get out of school...then you won't have to ride with your old man anymore " he smiled

"Thanks dad but you don't have to... And I will". I jumped out of the limo and left as quick as I could. I really hate this damn car..it pulls so much attention, I don't understand why I couldn't just ride my bike.

Walking inside the school I went straight to the front office and sat down. Eventually the receptionist let me know when it was okay to walk in. I walked inside the office to see Mr Johnson.

"We are very happy to have you attend this school, your dad contributes ALOT of his money and time into this school". He said excited

I smiled, so I've heard.

"Well your grades are amazing ," he clears his throat "here's your schedule, plus your great at basketball, practice starts at 3:25" "you are playing right.?"

Do I have a choice.? I smiled "of course sir, it would be an honor".

I walked out of the office and went straight to my last period.

"Here I go"

"New school, new start"

I walked into a room that read Mr Richardson's class and instantly all eyes were on me. He looked up from his desk.
"Ohh hey, you must be the new kid, Mr Daniels son right.?"

"I am sir" I said with a smile on my face.

"Class listen up.! Today we have a new student. Class meet Jayden. I'd like for to go sit next to ashley brown..3rd sit..middle row". I tried not to laugh, his voice is very high pitched for a guy.

I looked up to see where he wanted me to sit and instantly my eyes fell on Ashley... She's so beautiful, like my mother beautiful. I remember those eyes from that night, so much pain in them. I shook my head.. Happy memories only.

I went to sit next to her
"Hey, I'm jayden" I smiled

She smiled back "hey , my names..
I cut her off

"I know.. Hazel" I winked at her. I could tell from her facial expression that she knew what I meant.
