Tatiana Mardones lives in the same apartment building as this cute guy named Micheal Hawkins, with her boyfriend Tevin and their son Xavier. When Micheal first laid eyes on Tatiana, who instantly wanted to get closer to her. As friends, Micheal discovers that Tatiana has been fiercely getting abused by her boyfriend. Who she's too afraid to leave, or even put in prison. That one day Tevin takes the abuse too far, Micheal steps up and rescues Tatiana and her son, and offers for them to stay with him. The more time Micheal and Tatiana spend together, they more their feelings for each other start to grow. Micheal treats her the way she wished Tevin would have, and he gives her everything she's been missing out on.
