Phil hasn't been very good at keeping track of going to the doctor's. In fact, skipping several years of appointments might've been a bad idea. When Phil finds out he has a tumor in his lungs, he thinks there'll be an easy fix. However, not everything is as easy to fix as he thinks. But there just might be a person he meets who makes his life a little less painful. Warning: This story deals with cancer and character death. I am in no way trying to romanticize cancer or people dealing with it. I have checked with some of my readers, one of which has family members with cancer, and they all gave me the ok to keep this up.
