Well… God I feel weird writing this since no one else I follow has done this. But fuck it.
          	
          	Yesterday, Matpat stepped back from Game Theory to commit to his life which I respect, but damn does it hurt to see a part of your childhood just… Leave. It’s a part of life, it’s something we have to understand, but still it feels a bit hard to believe.
          	
          	So for him, I hope he knows this legacy he’s built  is absolutely incredible, though he probably already knows. But hey, that’s just a theory. A Game Theory! Ruining childhoods since 2011, making us cry since 2024. Thanks for reading.

@Red-Becca God I know. Being… Shit, just realized I’m old. But I was about 11 when I first found his channel and I was a fan ever since. Some theories I have to admit kinda confused me or didn’t sit right, but then there were some that made total sense.
          	  
          	  But still, seeing this kinda just… Hit me in that one place, y’know? So yeah, I totally get it.

            I mean, yeah, I didn’t. And I still PARTLY feel like I was justified at the time.
            And even now, my optimism wants me to believe you’ve gotten better and changed. But then there’s that part of me saying to be cautious and keep distance and yada yada yada.
            
            As for John, I immediately understood why. And that is, no offense, hilarious to me. Like damn.
