@DorisLaBass Yeah I agree with the others, for me personally it's largely concerned with the psychological aspects, wherein I don't feel that I mentally fit with being a girl. And I can understand how it's a confusing concept to non-trans people lol, I was confused by it for years and thought that there was something wrong with me. But in terms of the physical aspects, I only really get dysphoria in my voice and in the fact that I'm able to get pregnant, much less severe than a lot of other trans people. I suppose it comes on a sort of scale of extremity, and where I'd be on the lower end, there's some people on the higher end who downright cannot even look in a mirror. So yeah, I'd totally say that all have the psychological aspects (though they may come in different forms and extremities), whereas the physical aspects don't necessarily always appear in everyone :)
