Have u ever been so far in neglecting your story. U can call it writer's block or whatever. Life even. And now like you've even forgotten your own story. I don't know if it's normal but that's me now. I love my characters and story but I've been so caught up in real life and all it's struggles that I didn't even realise that I was abandoning my own characters. It's like I have to learn to know them again and understand what my story wants what it needs. I feel so terrible !
Because my writing is what makes me even if I'm not any good like a real professional or whatever. It's still makes up my personality.. It's who I am. And for that reason I feel so disconnected from myself..

Anyway I just wanted to express my feelings somewhere .. Somehow
The fact that I don't actually know any of u guys personally makes me feel so much more open and expressive ..

@ElleLeeLove True, it so terrible.. And people wouldn't know how difficult it is to try and reconnect with everthing and start all over.. It's really a pain .. And thank u for the compliment I like it too
@FaeryMoonDust I totally understand. Two thirds through my story my characters stopped talking to me, and it was terrible. I had to muddle through til the end, so those chapters at the end are nowhere near as good as the ones in the beginning. I love your Wattpad name!

Yes. There's a story I've been writing since 2015, but it's not ready to be published yet. Like I don't want to publish a chapter, but then I want to change something about it after a while and then people have read it already. I'm just too nervous to publish it too, but I do plan on publishing it. I've got almost everything all planned in my head, but I don't get to really write them. When I'm free, I'm tired and just want to chill by doing other things. I daydream about it a lot though. Do you write? I haven't checked if you do yet, but I'll check it right now.

That's so cool. You don't really run across many south Africans on wattpad. English is my 1st additional language so my home language is Arikaans
