Hello, everyone!
I have gotten a novel idea (it may be posted here or I'll make it a physical book).
Basically, it takes place in an enchanted circus, and our protagonist is a shy trapeze artist who can be quite naive sometimes and she gets overly attached to people who she sees as good people (this will have an effect later on). She is in love with the cocky ringleader of the circus, but he doesn't seem to notice her much. Our protagonist has one best friend: the puppet in the well-known puppet act. She is a human, but the enchantments make her act exactly like a puppet. She is in love with the puppeteer, who is quite a sinister person all around.
But unfortunately for our protagonist, she is being threatened with displacement from the circus because of something she allegedly did (she didn't do what she's being accused of). Displacement isn't a good thing; if you get displaced, you aren't protected by your former circus and if you get hurt (or worse), they can't do anything about it.
Let me know what you all think of this, and I may post character bios here! :D
