So, I have a dilemma
I've been writing more than one story, meaning my time had been spent trying to distribute my time throughout the multiple stories, however...

*Looks at the last "darkwood's bounty" chapter*
*Sees it was uploaded like half a year ago*

yeah, that has slowed down general progress, specially since deciding I'd rewrite the entirety of the start of darkwood's bounty (only the chapters I've already written since I genuinely don't like how I set things up)

          	So I have a question

Would you rather I push through with the rewrite (and new chapters) and push back my other works, bringing you darkwood's bounty sooner

          	Or

I continue at the current pace and upload darkwood's bounty and one or two stories simultaneously, but that would take longer

Worry not, I'll continue with the rewrite either way

I say one story at a time, focus on one and continue on when the chapter of one is done. Don't wanna accidentally mix details from one into another. Good luck friend

SCREW IT
you've waited long enough so I'll give you a sneak peak into what I've been making

I'M REWRITING THE FIRST CHAPTERS OF "darkwood's bounty" AND WRITING SOME OTHER STORIES INCLUDING SOME ORIGINALS

          sneak peak:
          *THUNK*

As arrows hit the ground, one of three strikes true as the beast begins to retreat into the comfort of the dirt it calls home, its blood pooling into the muddy dirt as raindrops bask the forest in a azure guise

A spewer worm, Barbatos' kin wails in agony as it tries to inch away from its pursuer, a wooden crossbow bolt sticking out of their side, thick dark blood spilling out of the deep wound. Its body is covered in slashes, some deeper than others, the beast's breaths are shaky as it stares daggers into the one that did this to it.

Before the beast stands a tall beastkin, one wearing a merchant's bright colors and jingling charms, only disguised by the faint patter of rain, however these robes are stained with the same dark blood of the pale skinned spewer. The figure walks ever nearer, brandishing a butcher's knife as two winged mossy bats reminiscent of some kind of lichen sit one on each shoulder

You begin to close the distance

The spewer's heartbeat gets faster with each step, its desperation grows as they thrash around trying to inch away faster, trying to escape through the ground, yet hardly moving an inch as you kick them out of the ground and hold them in place as you raise your cleaver.

The last thing the spewer sees is a face cloaked in shadow by some pompous blue headwear, uncaring eyes clawing their way into the beast's hide

so... i underestimated how long it'd take me to write the first five chapters to the book i've been working on, and because of things i won't the able to continue writing it for the rest of the week. On the bright side the next page of Darkwood's bounty should come out at the end of the week
