          With this interesting quote I just want you to know that you can do anything you put your mind too.
          Sometimes it's hard and that's okay but come back stronger or just be proud of yourself that you come back. You know last few days I was so lazy but that's part of life one day you can be active and the next day you're lazy or just not that active. It's part of life. The important thing is you heal ✨️ from whatever you go through that maybe friendship breakup or from your boyfriend. I think it's hard to go through a breakup but but it takes time like maybe weeks, months but it gets better later on. Believe in yourself that you can do anything ✨️ and you will . You know BELIEVE is something that will help you in life so much that when you'll look back you'll say it was worth the struggle.

          First of all tell me how are you? I want to know really because I'm concerned about you. Secondly how are your days going on? ( I know sometimes it's good,bad,lazy and many more). If I say let's be kind to our own soul I know it sounds like weird but what if we do that ?. I mean it's okay to have bad day, problems like we're humans and it's okay to cry. The point is not to be always happy but to know what you're actually feeling and it's a part of journey of your own life it's your book some chapters will be good and some will be bad, it have to go on no matter what!. So better be writer of your story and treat yourself like someone you love because until and unless you're not happy internally nobody can make you happy. One quote that keeps me going is " You can love a person and let them go", and one more" No matter how much you love them, but there actions show more". I had a breakdown in my school and it was damn hard like to even ask for help and I learnt was nobody cares really I mean I really don't have expectations from anyone but again it's just how it is. I want you to know that you're beautiful and it's okay to ask for help!.

          What's energy? I think according to me it's something that encourages me to do something I wanted to do like I was yearning for it badly but never got chance to or I was just making myself you shouldn't do this or that.
          But its something your soul energy wants you to do like these days I'm making podcasts which I love to make, I am reading many books and more things. So why we always say ourselves no instead we should say yes to things which we want to do it will help you; believe me I mean this process will be good. Everyone have there own story and it's different for everyone so don't compare but appreciate yourself as well as the other person without comparing. Love yourself because you're your own soul because when you love yourself you know what you want and what not like if I want to eat something I'll eat it instead of starving myself. If someone hates me let them I can't make someone fall in love with me and other things but again listen to yourself because it have meaning and set boundaries.
