Yes it is fairly similar to DDLG but different just as much. 
            ABDL stands for: Adult Baby Diaper Lover(s) 
            And in that means that you either are an Age regressor (Adult Baby)
            Or have formed some type of fetish (Diaper Lover)
            Or you are both. 
            Or simply love wearing diapers but aren't obsessed as a person with a fetish would he
