Heya, folks! Friendly reminder that the scammers trying to start a discussion on another social media platform are still making their rounds on Wattpad. 
          
          If you checked your social feeds last night and saw my reply comments on one of my stories, hopefully you know I decided to have some fun with this bot, person, whatever they are. It's honestly annoying that they think they can leave a nice comment on a RANDOM chapter of a project and then try to talk outside of Wattpad for what is often a paid (monetary) service of artwork or something along those lines. Just because they start it with a comment to disarm, it doesn't mean that they don't follow the same script after. If you expect me to not be bored enough to mess with you, then think again! 
          
          Just be careful out there, folks. Don't pay for anything that will more than likely be AI slop anyway (hence the scamming, unless they run off with your money, which is also an option). Report the accounts, block them and all that jazz.

Heya, folks! I am back with a quick announcement regarding what I've achieved today. 
          
          ➼ Firstly, the surprise chapter I said I might post... Well, I posted it. I found it in my Google Docs. This is a fanfiction scene I originally wrote in 2024 for a writing competition. Don't ask how that went. Anyway, I've reworked it a little for My Little Fanfiction Corner since I'm not constrained by word counts or deadlines. You can find the X-Men one-shot featuring Logan and my OC Cathy at the link below.

          ➼ I have also reworked the order of the acts in My Little Fanfiction Corner. Act 3 is now dedicated to my OC interviews. Act 4 is the one-shot fanfiction short stories I create for my OC's. Heya, folks! I am back with another quick announcement. 
          
          ➼ Something I forgot to mention about Ashes in the Snow is that I decided to move the third scene from chapter 2 to chapter 3 instead. It makes more sense, as the third scene would jump into the next day and the third chapter documents Leah's return to Hawkins throughout that day. It also makes the third chapter around the same word count as the other two. 
          
          ➼ I have three writing goals for the rest of this week. 
          
          1. Mother's Day One-Shot Fanfiction — This is something I've had in the works since March as part of a writing challenge I never finished, but I would like to get it from my drafts and into My Little Fanfiction Corner. It will be exclusive to My Little Fanfiction Corner (located on my Wattpad profile) and my Tumblr blog. It follows Leah Daugherty and Leon S. Kennedy in their established relationship as they navigate a challenge unlike anything they've faced: Leah's mother on Mother's Day. 
          
          2. The Last Lullaby, Chapter 1 edits — I received some feedback from one of the book clubs I was a part of and will be editing Chapter 1 to make it better based on the feedback I received. The Last Lullaby can be found on my other account (link in bio), where I write my original stories. 
          
          3. Ashes in the Snow, Chapter 3 edits and rewrites — Chapter 3 is already written. It just needs some refining. This looks to be a shorter chapter to navigate than the others, so hopefully I'll be able to bash this out by the end of the week. 
          
          ➼ I might also have a surprise chapter to post at some point today, but we'll see if I can find it first.

          ➼ Act 3 of My Little Fanfiction Corner has been fully edited and rewritten. Some of them didn't need any editing, which made my job super easy. For those who don't know, My Little Fanfiction Corner is the multi-fandom one-shot collection I have been building here over the years. You don't have to read all the one-shots. You can skip to the fandoms you're part of and that you prefer to read. I appreciate that not everyone enjoys the same fandoms as me and may only want to read what they're comfortable with.           ➼ In other news, I tidied my room today too and also spent a little bit of time polishing my Docs and cleaning my winter Vans to prepare for the colder weather. At this point, you never know, so it's better to be prepared than sorry. Yeah, a very busy day indeed!

Heya, folks! I am back with another announcement regarding the current progress of my projects. If there are any typos or errors, I apologise as I'm writing this on my tablet rather than my laptop. It's also really early in the morning for me since I can't get back to sleep, so I'll try to keep this short. 
          
          ➼ Firstly, I have completed the second scene in chapter 2 for Ashes in the Snow. I just have the last part to do, which is thankfully a short scene, then it will be ready to go. Hopefully, I'll be able to complete this later today. 
          
          ➼ Secondly, I have edited and rewritten some of the Fanfiction short stories in My Little Fanfiction Corner in the act 3 section. I am still refining some since my niece decided to pester me for a bit about music. If you know me, I can't resist talking and teaching some music skills, especially to my niece. This is another goal I have for later today. 
          
          ➼ I might not be online too much through the day, unless it's to write and maybe read to wind down. Today (Monday), I'm doing a full clean of my bedroom, which takes a lot of energy out of me. If I don't get my writing goals complete before the clean-up, then I will finish them on Tuesday when I don't have as much to do.

Heya, folks! It's been longer than I would've liked for another announcement, so I am back with a quick update before the weekend is over. 
          
          ➼ This week has been far too busy. I had to babysit my niece last minute on Wednesday; on Thursday, I had my first driving lesson in over three months (it went well!); on Friday, I met up with a friend who had just come home from deployment; then, this weekend I've been on puppy babysitting duty while my brother-in-law and sister-in-law move into their new home. My head is stomping after all the barking sessions from the comings and goings of other family members helping them move, and I'm very dysregulated because of it all. 
          
          ➼ I haven't done much reading, gaming or writing beyond trying to keep my niece occupied. I've focused on refining dialogue scenes for future Ashes in the Snow chapters, while also catching up on some comfort television shows to wind down to. 
          
          ➼ Tonight, I hope to go in the shower and have a nice early night before I'm inevitably woken up early tomorrow morning to look after the puppies again (all three of them, including my own). I won't be doing much tonight for obvious reasons. 
          
          ➼ Tomorrow, I have the odd job to do offline. However, I hope to fit in some writing for the next part of chapter 2 for Ashes in the Snow and maybe have a look at My Little Fanfiction Corner act 3 short stories. Wish me luck!

Heya, folks! I am back with another quick update. 
          
          ➼ I didn't do many hobbies yesterday since my eye decided to act up. I spent most of the day trying to blink whatever was in it and causing it so much pain out of it. I also just hid under the covers to avoid the light, but I did get a little bit of reading done last night when it started to settle down. Thankfully, it's much better today. 
          
          ➼ I have a mostly relaxed day planned filled with more reading, writing and gaming. I do have the odd writing community task I need to do, but I'm leaving that for the evening.  
          
          ➼ I promised I would update you guys on my priorities regarding my stories, but never got around to it due to some unforeseen circumstances. However, that's what I'm going to address now. 
          
          CURRENT PROJECTS: Ashes in the Snow (on this account) and The Last Lullaby (on my alternative account). This is what I am currently focused on. 
          
          NEXT PROJECTS: Shrouded In Mystery (on this account) and For the Record (on my alternative account). I hope to continue these projects in the winter (northern hemisphere) of 2026 or, at the latest, early next year. That's when I hope to have my current projects almost complete.  
          
          Some exciting things ahead. Let's see if I can keep to that schedule. I will announce more about these projects at a later date.

Heya, folks! It's been a few days since I made an announcement, so here is a quick one to let you guys know what's been happening. 
          
          ➼ The last two days have been less than productive for me. Someone on one of my socials decided to be less than kind to me over something that was a none problem, so I decided to block them. To be fair, I warned them first, and they continued to call me names, and I always follow through on my threats. Because of this, I am creating pinned posts on some of my social media accounts to remind people what I stand for and what I will not tolerate. 
          
          ➼ I didn't get as much reading done as I'd hoped on Friday. Because of being up really early and not having a lot of sleep, I decided to nap most of the day away. That also filtered into yesterday after the lovely experience online I had. Though, on the bright side, I did make more dialogue scripts on my notes app for Ashes in the Snow.  
          
          ➼ Today, I'm going to be catching up on a few things that didn't get done over the last couple of days, but I'm hoping to have a restful day filled with a bit of gaming and more reading than the last couple of days. 
          
          ➼ Also, has anyone else had the chance to watch Camp Rock 3 yet? I actually really enjoyed it. Obviously, it has its flaws like the movies before it, but it's been a while since I've just watched something for fun rather than to critique it. That's what I think these movies are supposed to be. Fun!

Heya, folks! It's really warm tonight, so I'm going to make this one quick. 
          
          ➼ I have achieved so much with Ashes in the Snow today. The first part of the second chapter has been edited and rewritten. I'm really proud of it so far. I have also rewritten the description/blurb to read better. 
          
          ➼ You may have noticed that I have added 'hiatus' to some of my stories. Don't worry. This won't last forever. I'm planning to come back to these projects in the future, but they're not on my priority list right now. 
          
          That's everything tonight. I'm going to spend the rest of my night trying to regulate my body temperature, but I think it's going to be a long one unless it cools down. I hate heatwaves.

          ➼ I didn't do much writing yesterday. I just lay in bed and rotted for a few hours to wind down from the busy two days I've had. However, I did do some more planning for Ashes in the Snow since Leah Daugherty and Leon S. Kennedy now live rent-free in my head. I also did some reading. 
          
          ➼ I have some goals for today, but they're mostly small compared to what I've already accomplished this week. I also have a lot of downtime scheduled, so I don't creatively burn myself out. I will let you know more about what I achieve today later before I sign off for the night. 
          
          ➼ I won't be online at all tomorrow. I have an appointment in the late morning, and I'm going to have a day dedicated to reading again. The only time I will be online is to send reminders for the book club and to read some more Wattpad books.
