@UnknownDreamsOfLife Okay, with the knowledge we have from the game, could throw in some sort of security officer or something, someone that is also fresh to the crew but not new to doing the type of work they are. After all, the ship has a gun that only the captain can access which gives the pretense that either theres consistent piracy, or mutinies are regular. We also know that the Tulpar is the last or one of the last manned cargo freighters. Basically someone hired on to guarantee the delivery goes without issue. Could also make him one that the company was forced to accept from whatever governmental entity exists, though thats less likely cause that requires a tad more world building.

@UnknownDreamsOfLife Well, we have most roles covered by canon cast itself. 1. Naive, cry-baby-ish nurse that is a victim of Jimbo. 2. Cold Maintenance Guy who faced reality, while trying to steer others from fate like his. 3. Bubbly intern with optimist outlook, incompetent. 4. Ship captain trying his hardest to take responsibility for everybody. 5. Jimbo. We need to look at someone different. We have both extremes. Social Outcast (Swansea or Anya) and Social Popstar (Daisuke). Most professions on the list are taken up, with the exception of a Janitor. Janitor could work the best. Now what kind of personality do we want to give this guy? We either go for a Social Outcast in a silent way, less brooding, or we go for a mix of both. An ambivert. Someone who likes to spend time with others, but their social battery is limited. Now, following MrXnopyt's suggestion, we could make this guy the most responsible or mature in terms of philosophy. Now, the fate of this person? Quite difficult to tell. We could make this guy into a vegetable for the rest of the life, floating in space in a cryopod or perhaps saved by some miracle. Or we could go the other way and have him first/one of the first to go. Also 100% glasses

@UnknownDreamsOfLife Alright, so here's the idea. He's a chill guy, just kinda stands around and does his job. I would say janitor, but we already have one of those, so we'll say a maintenance guy who works on the equipment that everybody else uses and some small systems of the ship. Other than doing whatever his job requires, he doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's actually kinda smart, in a philosophical sort of way. However, he does have the tendency for small psychopathic outbursts when things get rough, so the crew all try to keep things calm while he works. But aside from the episodes, he can work pretty well, but will unapologetically call out who got them into the situation in the first place. Also, I agree with StonkGuy, he should have glasses, but mainly for the sake of him dramatically breaking them during the crash (as well as a minor thing he can bond with Anya through afterwards).

somewhat close to finishing the chapter for qd’s epilogue, but here’s a fun fact about the first ever story i made, which will be revamped after i write this chapter :)

the saint was originally supposed to be in the helltaker series instead of helluva boss, but was changed due to me not having a sense of story writing earlier, so i resorted to a somewhat beginner story, where a transcript can help me out
just imagine our priest having to deal with those girls instead…thinking about it, he’d be lucky to be in there instead
…could be foreshadowing what might be next…
…i’ll have three nickels if i actually go through with this.
