Hello to the types of people who check out fanfiction writers' profiles!

My name on this site is blue.but.harmless. I'm here because I love reading, and (occasionally) I can stand writing.

I think people mostly read these bios to feel like they've learned something about authors, so here are some things about me:

1) If I could, I would probably sleep 12 hours a day.

2) My favorite color is not blue.

3) I am the worst baseball player in the history of ever.

4) I would rather have a tonsillectomy than eat pizza.

5) My DNR list is pretty short; for the most part, I'll stick it out once I've started a book. But I DNR'ed: The Awakening, Gender Trouble (I really tried. It was for a class. I got through about 60 pages. It wasn't the material, it was the way my brain had forgotten what the beginning of each sentence said by the time I got to the end), Outlander, and Ender's Shadow. I stand by my unpopular opinions.

I write basically exclusively HP fanfic and exclusively non-AU because . . . I don't know. Because I was the kind of kid who colored inside the lines I guess? I like the idea of fleshing out stories and characters that didn't get covered by the original seven books. I also post on ffnet and AO3 under the same name.
