Ok so I went to the park with my cousins yesterday and we didn't get home until 8 something and where we went we could hike in the mountains so I got really tired and then when we came home I had a headache and then it got worse so I had to take a pill but I was scared so I ended up eating in a gummy and I drank water after and then I went to sleep well that's all have a great day!!
