          I went swimming today and was wearing a 2 piece which was making me very insecure 
          A fine ass life gaurd was staring at me the e tire time which was scary
          But i ended up getting sunburnt 
          On my shoulders 
          And my boobies

How does one stop an anxiety/panic attack.......... i think i may be slightly having one

Bro my lower back fucki g hurts like i can barely move it properly wothout it shooting pain up my back and leg. Ive tried to pop it but it wont budge tf do i do </3 ;-;

Ok lets ignore the whole bl non fanfic thing i have decided not to do it cuz i cant find any good book that r 3rd person povs and its just a lot to see i am a very organized person so looking a my pf and all the chaoticness has me going INSANE.
