This question is for my Avengers series readers.
My main character Elise Acworth is described as a dark-skinned “mahogany/mocha shade” woman. Now, I’m wondering if I should changed her from who I originally envisioned her as…which is Kat Graham. Kat isn’t exactly dark-skinned; so I’m figuring I should swap her out with Justine Skye or another dark-skinned actress or inspiration figure.
