Trevor M. Saliba leads NMS Capital Group, a global private equity firm based in Beverly Hills, California. Founded in 2010 as a dedicated investment vehicle for a family office, the firm has a rich history in construction, infrastructure, and real estate dating back to the 1890s. Under his leadership, it has become a prominent player in private equity, venture capital, and structured financing.

He and his team have managed a diverse portfolio across business and financial services, real estate, infrastructure, consumer products, media, and technology. Together, they have accumulated transaction experiences totaling over $150 billion, including more than $10 billion in real estate alone.

Under his guidance, NMS Capital Group has consistently been recognized as one of the top private equity firms in Los Angeles and one of the region's fastest-growing companies. He is also managing director, President, and COO at NFG SA, a Geneva-domiciled investment holding company headquartered in London. NFG SA focuses on insurance, energy, infrastructure, and real estate.

In 2018, he founded NMS Consulting as a spinoff from the consulting practice within NMS Capital Group. As its founder and Chairman, he has seen the firm grow to more than 350 professionals across 17 offices globally, delivering expertise in management consulting, corporate advisory, strategic communications, and tax advisory.

From 2012 to 2018, he was the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors. This international investment bank specializes in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment transactions, private equity, and asset management advisory services. Under his leadership, the bank achieved significant growth, facilitating over $5 billion in transactions and exceeding sales expectations.

His career began at Morgan Stanley in 1995, where he specialized in investment banking.
