um idk how to start this off but this me I guess retiring from wattpad and my fics??
I started writing a few years ago as an outlet of my interests and I sort of used it as an escape but as I’ve gotten older I’ve become more busy and honestly more appreciative of my life outside these stories!! I wish I had at least finished a fic before I stopped but I’d rather write out of passion than make it a chore and I’m sorry to all those who may be disappointed bc I know reading an unfinished fic sucks :(
although I don’t really see the point, I will still leave my fics up but obviously won’t be updating them
in the future, there may be a point in my life where I want to revisit them and continue, but right now just isn’t it
I appreciate and am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported my stories, whether you voted or added to a list or even just reading them silently, just know I’m thankful<33
this feels a bit dramatic as it’s not like I’m leaving some sort of legacy LMAO but I do appreciate every mutual, commenter, and reader on this app that I’ve come across.
I doubt I’ll be checking wp often at all since I don’t really read fics anymore as well even having the time
but finally, I hope you all lead fulfilling, joyous, and incredible lives and that you all get the good things that you deserve!!
