the summer had gone by quick jack lilys ' dad' had found a letter lily was going to write to hermione  had found out what had happened with the stone and stopped lily from sending letters " jack i need to go get school supplies " " no i dont want you going that freak school what am i going to tell people ye going off to   " " but i have to go school " " no you are going to  be normal for once ye freak " au: ok i hate writing this but here ye go the man then struck the girl repeatedly across the face her face bloody and bruised the man didnt care either did lily she knew she deserved most of it  he  only stopping when the phone rang  lily knew to just run to her room after jack had 'sorted her out ' so she went to her room where she went through some letters of roses she had found earlier

it was september 1st and no one had seen the young red head girl her friends had not heard from her in the summer professor snape and McGonagall looked around in worry 

after the feast  the trio went to the professor " professor McGonagall  we dont know where lily is and she hasn't answered any of our letters " the professor looked calm but inside she was a mess the girl she had grown to care for was missing " dont worry i will inform the head master go to you dorms " unknown to them a potions master was listening once again he had failed his child hood best friend

over the school year people no longer had hope of the girl returning people no longer thought she was going to ever return  draco malfoy had missed his only true friend she had become good friends and would often be together 

" mr potter dumbledores office please " McGonagall told the young boy harry walked out the portrait hole and walked behind the teacher the got to his office and McGonagall muttered the password " ah mr potter how are you " "fine sir " " take a seat harry " harry sat down McGonagall standing behind him " im afraid i have some news i should of told before " " miss evans is your sister mr potter we believed her to be dead " " and you only told me this now that she's gone" harry could feel tears welling up he had finally had some family and they were gone " you may leave mr potter " harry ran out the room harry didn't know what had happened to lily but even before he knew they were siblings he still missed his best friend and this made it worse he didnt even know who she lived with if she was safe she hadn't spoken about were she lived she had only told them her parent were dead was lily stuck somewhere worse then the dursleys or did she even have a home no one could even send a letter to the girl as no one knew her address
