You and Harry paced your way through the hospital corridors, taking random turns and hoping to find the way around. There were many wards which seemed like the ones you should've gone to, but Harry kept reminding you of the ward name that the lady at reception told you to go to. You would point towards one and tell him that it's that one, but he would tell you to shut up and would continue walking, taking you in the right direction. Only once you'd reached the ward, you headed straight into it and walked through to the reception in the ward itself, telling the lady who you were here to see. She guided you to the correct room, and you thus knocked on the door before entering, whereupon you found your aunt in the bed, uncle Vernon standing over her, with Dudley sitting in the corner of the room.

"Of course it's those two," uncle Vernon scoffed, turning away towards the window.

"Oh ... give it a rest, Vernon," Petunia weakly exclaimed. "Shouldn't the two of you be at school?"

You headed over to your aunt with Harry, both of you standing at the side of her bed and looking at her pale and meek face. The dark bags under her eyes proved her fatigue as her pale lips blended with the whiteness of her face, along with the weary reflection of her orbs themselves. She looked upon you and Harry in an unusual manner, one in which she'd never looked before, one of perhaps hope and excitement, almost as though she wasn't filled with grief and dread upon the sight of you two.

"We've been sent," you exclaimed, "by Dumbledore. He told us you'd been injured."

"How?" Harry asked.

"How?" Uncle Vernon scoffed, turning to you and Harry with an angry scowl. "It's you and your stupid - "

"Vernon!" Petunia snapped in a cry before turning back to the two of you. "There was ... there was black smoke ... it filled the entire house!" As Petunia spoke, you and Harry slowly turned to each other, understanding that her description matched the typical black smoke of the Death Eaters. Thus, you turned back to her and continued listening. "Before I knew it ... there was so much pain! Oh, it hurt so much! All I could hear was a horrible cackle of a woman telling me that I'm next ... and then I heard glass smash in our house! I tried to run away but as I ran, I was tripped up and fell into the glass, cutting my arms! There was not only glass pain, but also just ... a horrible torture ... that almost appeared out of nowhere! I lost consciousness from the pain ... and I woke up here!"

"Bellatrix." You and Harry said in unison, lowering both your eyes. Harry continued, "we've been sent here partially to protect you, actually."

"Protect me?"

"The woman who attacked you," Harry continued, "is personally [F/n]'s favourite."

"I don't understand."

"[F/n] has done a lot of illegal ... wizarding activity when fighting this woman."

"Of course she has," Petunia sighed, turning away.

"I haven't been caught ... yet ... almost did, but I didn't."

"Almost?" Harry turned to you.

"Yeah, Addington snitched on me to Snape, but Snape knows about it anyway so we managed to solve it."

"Point is," Harry shook his head, turning back to your aunt, "you're in good hands. Bellatrix did this as a warning."

"Last time I saw Bellatrix was where she's residing," you filled in, "in which I cast an unforgivable curse on her, which is illegal. It's called the Cruciatus Curse, and from what you've told us, it sounds like she cast it on you too. It tortures the person whoever it's cast on."

"Well ... it did hurt," Petunia sighed, looking at you and Harry hopefully.

"Well, we're here now." Harry said confidently. "It'd make sense why she went after you specifically too ... instead of uncle Vernon, since he is not blood related to us."
