Description:
User is immortal.
User has increased strength
During "Chaos state":
User can summon any element.
User can use said elements to make any construct.
User has increased strength.
During "Order state":
User can heal any wound.
User can reconstruct anything no matter how broken.
Drawbacks:
Only activates at death.
User is quirkless until they die unnaturally. (stabbed, bled, poison, etc)
