Description:
When user is locked onto a target, they cannot miss the target no matter how bad their aim is.
Locking onto a target requires that they are in the user's direct line of sight for 2 seconds, then the user can see them anywhere.
Drawbacks:
User can only lock onto 1 thing at a time.
