User gains a notebook where whatever they write in said notebook will happen. One way or another.
The notebook has an infinite amount of pages. If you tear pages off, an equal amount of pages will reappear.
Drawbacks:
Only one prophecy can be written per day, but many can be scheduled to happen on the same day.
