Description:
Anyone who the user looks at while the quirk is active will become blackout drunk.
Opposers affected by user's quirk will answer questions honestly, lose stability, and forget anything that happened under the quirk's effect.
User cannot get drunk.
Drawbacks:
Inability to consume alcohol. (Will throw up all alcohol in system)
