Emitter
Description:
User can summon 10 lengths of blue string.
They are wrapped around the user's hands, and can extend to unknown lengths.
Once they are wrapped around someone, the user can control or destroy them.
If destroyed, the opponent will decay at a fast rate, killing them.
If controlled, the opponent will give all bodily control over to the user, who can manipulate them like a puppet.
Drawbacks:
User only has 10 strings.
Strings can be cut.
