Mutation
Description:
User's eyes allow them to see ghosts where they died.
They are chained to their death place, and will cry out their dream at all times.
User can unchain the ghosts, and they can roam around or follow the user.
Only the user can see the ghosts.
Drawbacks:
User will be seen as quirkless.
