Quirk: Knives of time

Description:
User can summon many knives, and pull them from this air to throw or use as CQC weapons
User can freeze time.
User can throw red, green, or silver knives.
Red knives speed up over time.
Silver knives are normal knives.
Green knives turn in a random direction that still faces outward from the user after 10 seconds.
Green knives are disguised as silver knives until they change direction.
Drawbacks:
User's eye's shine red when their quirk is active.
User must recharge their time-stopping power every full moon.
Stopping time costs stamina.
