Destiny [Completed]

One Last Time

                      5 years later

Jungkook is running as fast as he can. He can't be late,well he is already late but...he doesn't wanna slow down or stop.

"Tae is waiting...I can't be late even more."

He slows down when he sees Taehyung from a distance, stops for a while and starts panting heavily. That's how fast he was running. He smiles to himself thinking how he might have looked while running like a crazy man.

He quickly fixes his outfit and holds the flower bouquet he bought for Taehyung tightly.

"I'm seeing him after a long time...I do look ok right?"
Jungkook asks from himself while fixing his hair. He takes a deep breath and starts walking towards Taehyung.

"Tae..."
Jungkook calls his lover's name softly while reaching him but he doesn't get a reaction.

Jungkook doesn't mind though, he sits in front of Taehyung with a big smile on his face.

"Umm...Tae, I'm sorry for being late. I wasn't in this area for few days. I- I thought I might be able to come on time but... you know-"
Jungkook says like a little kid while rubbing his nape.

Still...Taehyung doesn't say anything. All Jungkook sees is Taehyung smiling at him with a soft smile.

"So...he is not mad at me right?"
Jungkook guesses while looking at Taehyung's smile. But... who knows? Taehyung has always been smiling like this. So Jungkook wants to make sure.

"You're- you're not mad at me right? I umm...brought you this as well." Jungkook says while placing the purple flower bouquet in front of Taehyung.

Still...Jungkook only see Taehyung's smile. Well, of course Taehyung won't say anything. He hasn't said anything for a while. For the past three years, only Jungkook has been talking.

Jungkook smiles sadly while thinking about all these. He slowly extends his hands towards Taehyung and touches his cheeks, at the same time he feels calm wind hitting his face.

Jungkook smiles at that and a warm tear escapes his eye.

"I knew you won't be mad at me..."
Jungkook wispers while caressing Taehyung's cheek, more like...the photograph of Taehyung...which is in the tombstone...on the grave...yes, Taehyung's grave.

Flashback

Jungkook is in his office, sitting on his chair. His head hung low and both of his hands are covering his face.

"Ughhh I'm such a looser hyung..."
Jungkook groans.

"Jungkook, may be it's time for you to let everything go. It has been two years now."
Yoongi says in a caring voice. He has seen how much his friend suffered for the past two years, ever since Taehyung left. He is so close to loose his mind and Yoongi doesn't want him to get sick.
