They were all at the hospital except Praise whom Zara had asked not to show his face at the hospital or she would report him to the police. Royal was crying at a corner so Asher went over to him and carried him up.

"Is your arm ok?" Royal asked.

"Yes. Sure." Asher smiled. But still, he was still thinking of how his baby boy would take it to realize that he was his real dad. "Your Mom's gonna be fine ok?" He kissed Royal's forehead while Royal nodded.

Asher turned back to Zara.

"This wasn't the kind of drama I expected to be played. I had my plans of settling matters tonight. This is all Praise's fault," she muttered under her breath.

"It's okay. Where's Praise anyways?" he asked her.

"Asked him not to come. I'm so pissed at the guy right now," she replied.

He sighed.

"I can't believe he actually got her pregnant again!" she said out of frustration.

"Again?" Asher looked at her with confusions written over his face.

She sighed. "Actually, I don't even know what's going on between those two? We are all best friends and I don't expect them to be doing crap like that," she told them.

"What exactly happened?" He looked so curious to know.

She shook her head and twisted her lips to the side. "I wouldn't want to twist the whole story because I wasn't in LA with them but she told me she got pregnant before in LA because she had something with Praise and after an anonymous person named D dropped a birthday gift for Royal, she lost the first one. And I'm pretty sure the baby she lost now is his too. This is all so fucked up."

He was mad but still took the blame on himself. Like, his friend he asked to watch over his baby mama had his way with her?! It was sickening but he beared how much he was hurting over it.

"It's my fault."

"How? It's not yours, he practically always forces her."

"Say what?!"

"Yes." She looked away.

"It's all my fault. I wish I was there," he said.

"First mistake you made by denying," she reminded him and he face palmed.

He swallowed hard. "I was the one who dropped the gift for Royal. I traced her down to California so I could apologise and although I didn't know and I still don't know when is Royal's birthday, I decided to drop him a gift."

She gasped. "Does it mean she loses a baby that isn't yours whenever you come around?" She thought fast.

He shrugged. "I wouldn't have a say in that, I just wish I was there for her."

Dylan came in.

"Let's go get her food and then head home, we can't spend time with her tonight. According to what the doctor said," he told them.

"So who would feed her?"

"There's a nurse who'll attend to her whenever," he replies Zara.

"I'll follow. I know what Mom would like," Royal said.

"Come on, let's go then," Zara said, lifting him up.

"Take care of him, Zara."

"It's okay. There's a restaurant that's like five minutes away, we'll be back in fifteen minutes," she told him.
