We're finally moving to New York today, Royal's at the garage and I've just put our stuffs in the car. My private jet will get us landed at New York.
I come back upstairs to the room and I can hear Karen throwing up at the bathroom.

I walk in there and she's actually throwing up.
"Hey." I raise her face up so she can look at me. Her eyes are red and puffy and she looks really sick. "Babe, you ok?"

"Yeah. I'm good." She wipes her mouth with the sleeve of her sweater. "Let's go."

"What's wrong with you?" I ask again to make sure she's actually alright cause she doesn't seem that way.

"Nothing Asher please. I'm fine. Let's go."

"We can still delay. Remember it's a private stuff."
"Dude I'm okay hmm? Let's go already." She drags me behind her as we leave the room with the last bag.

While we're still here waiting for our flight to land, she's just been acting all weird in the plane and just on the bed with her hand over her forehead.
"Daddy what's wrong with Mom?" Royal asks me.
"I dunno. Just hope mommy isn't falling sick."

"Yeah me too. Maybe we should take her to the hospital?"

"When we get to New York."
"Okay Dad, can I ask you a question?"
"Sure bro."
"Did you always love mommy? How did y'all meet? And why did you leave her alone? She cried almost everyday even though she tried hiding it. There was a time she couldn't pay up for all our bills until I called grandpa and he sent us some money. She didn't want to tell him but I knew I had to real fast."

"Really?"
"Yup. Buh it's good already. You gave her money to pay up for everything."

"Money doesn't always solve everything, Royal. Efforts actually do."
"She said she had me when she was seventeen and you wasn't there for her so she felt down and undecided cause she had no full responsibility. And I was so tiny that she felt bad about it and she couldn't actually care for me cause she didn't know anything about babies and stuff. She wasn't the best mom until I turned three and she was able to cope with some stuffs bout being a mom. That's all I can remember from all she told me." He shrugs.

"I know. I'm sorry I left y'all." I kiss his forehead.
"I'm cool with you. Just go be with mom, she needs you. When we get to New York, imma just be with Zennìah."

I smirk.

"Nice."

I move away from him and go to the bed where Karen's lying down and shutting her eyes real right to suppress her pain.
"What exactly is your pain? Where hurts?"

"My tummy. It's like I've got garbage in it," she replies.
"You think we should see a doctor when we get to NYC?"
"No. You know I hate hospitals." She looks at me with tired eyes and shut them again.

"Who knows what the problem is? C'mon, I have to make sure you're completely alright all the time ok? I can't risk leaving you being all feeling negative when I'm with you ok? I'm still making up for everything, and trust me when I say we're gonna be the way we used to be back in high school." I raise an eyebrow and look closely into her face. She opens her eyes and then squints them. I give her a light kiss on the lips. "We're gonna land soon, but you can sleep though."

She nods. "Yeah. Best believe. And dude, I prefer when you dye your hair and you were stubborn and stuffs like that...and you were troublesome and cuter and had this big fashion sense."

I giggle. "I'm still that way. I'm just tryna act chill cause I'm tryna make it up to you."

"Nah, act like you used to. That's the best way to make it up to me."
