Asher

It actually takes twenty minutes for Karen to resume pushing out the first twin. Karen is really nervous and scared, she can't even hide it. Her goosebumps is so visible and much, her blood pressure is going up and everyone is trying to calm her down. Each time she's wiping a little tear from her eye, I feel like tearing up too but I'm just tryna be strong because I also have a son receiving treatment in this same hospital.

Thank goodness, her blood pressure comes back to normal and she's forcing it all out.

It's been two and a half hours already and Karen's tired. The nurses are suggesting a C-section but I don't want to approve that. Karen doesn't want that either. She says she will try and get out our two little girls herself so she's given some time to rest before continuing.

She gets so demanding at a point. I think it's because of the pressure because she keeps choosing who'll hold her hand between me and her mother.

But for the last time, she wants her mom to be beside her always. It's my first time I'm actually seeing someone give birth and like I'm seeing the head pop out. The way it just got out was scary. Dude! Like Karen screams when the first head pops out and then the nurses have to pull out the baby themselves. The second twin isn't much stress. She came out three minutes after her sister.

Karen is crying already and I'm getting all emotional. Finally, this is all over and I'm grateful that both my wife and daughters are safe and in good conditions. No one has health issues and the girls weigh good pounds. They have full hairs and really light skin, but they look a lot more like Karen. I wish it was me.

Karen looks really tired even while she's sleeping. Her tummy has not come down yet, I was thinking it would after having her shower but it didn't and I'm just wondering if it will take years or something. All these things are new to me.

Zara and almost everyone close to us in the United States is right in the VIP room where we are staying to see Karen and the girls.

They are so cute and have full hairs. The younger one cries a lot more while the older one sleeps more. She wakes up at intervals but still dozes off again.
Now I just have to go visit Royal in his room. He's supposed to be out today because the doctor said he responded really fast to medications and he's body and brain will work normally without any side effect or something.

Grateful for that, at least.

I go into his room and he's fully awake. His drip and bandage has been removed and he's now sitting up straight on the bed and smiles at me when I inch closer.

"Dad..." he calls. "How's mom? Where is she?"

"She's ok. Are you ok now? Feeling any pain or absurdness?"

"No, it's all cool. I'm fine now. So can we go home now? I want to see mommy. Does her tummy still hurt?"

So inquisitive.

"She's here and she's fine. You've got two sisters."

"Yasssss!"

I don't expect him to be too excited about that because he didn't want siblings.

"Can I go see 'em?" He asks.
I nod.

"Is he good to go now?"

"Yes, but you have to sign him out first. You can do that at the floor's reception. You can show the doctor's dismissal letter to the receptionist or Royal's card," the nurse instructs.

I nod and I just show them the card instead so Royal and I can leave with his bags.

Immediately we go into Karen's room, he goes over to where his sister lay, ignoring everyone who tries to hug him. He's so excited.
