Sapnap's Pov

Christmas Day 9:00am

"Dream cmon everyone is waiting for us." I say as I place my netherite helmet on. It glows a bright purple causing a nice shade of light around us.

"I'm not going Sapnap." He says crossing his arms.

"Clay. I need you to be there." I say grabbing his arm but he pulls back.

"Why?" He says taking his mask off to look at me.

"Dream. I already explained—" this time he cut me off by pushing me, but he only received a shot of pain as my armor had thorns.

"FUCK— I don't get it Nick, you say you need me, you brought all these people here to suit them up all in full NETHERITE! You give them weapons, gapples, potions, and just about everything and you still NEED ME ? QUIT SUGAR CODING EVERYTHING AND JUST BE HONEST." He yells at me holding his arm as he regains his posture back.

I furrow my eyebrows gripping onto my glowing axe.

"Be honest? You would know all about that wouldn't you?" I push him into the wall, placing my axe against his throat.

"Tell me Dream, tell me exactly why you lie so damn much? I need you to come with us because Herobrine is after one person and one person only and that's you. You're the chosen one Dream. You broke every bit of trust we had. ALL IVE ASKED FROM YOU IS TO JUST BE UPFRONT WITH ME, you can't do that. Ever." His facial expression softens but I only push my axe more, but not enough for him to get hurt.

"You couldn't admit that you never wanted me to be here in the first place, back when you found me? Yeah I would hear your arguments with George all the fucking time. You couldn't admit that you were jealous of Karl, you couldn't admit that you didn't like how George defended me when I met Techno for the first time, you couldn't admit you liked me, you couldn't even admit that you were the chosen even after everything. IM NOT STUPID DREAM. I might've been rich and spoiled but I have a brain. I read all about you, connected the dots. You lied to my face so many times because of your stupid fucking ego. You're so selfish it's incredible how hypocritical you are. And you know what? I still stood by your side. I still stayed up late at night thinking about you, and your pretty stupid face. I still enjoyed every little moment we had. That dumb date idea you had— I don't want to go on it anymore. You're coming with us back to my arena, and you're gonna embrace your powers, because unlike you — I love you Dream and i'm not scared to admit it." I say releasing the axe to let him go, I threw his mask at his chest before he could say anything.

"Herobrine wants you dead Dream, you're the only one who can end him, you're so much more than you think." I say but he only returns a cold, empty stare.

"Put on your mask, put on your armor, grab your items, and get ready Dream, you're gonna summon him in with us, with me." I say and he hesitates.

I turn around heading for the door, "And if you don't come with me Dream, I'm not coming back and neither is George." I say slamming the door.

I sigh blinking away my tears as everyone stares at me from the living room.

I clear my throat, "Erm Everyone ready?" I ask and they all agree.

"Okay let's go over the plan one last time." I say.

"I'll go in first, George, Techno, and Punz will come with me. I'll make my way to the castle and that's when Techno speaks with Tommy, explaining everything. George and Punz will begin to clear the castle letting the guards know to spread the word that I'm back around."

"Bad, Eret, Skeppy, and Sam will go in second, making their way to the arena near the center of the whole village and clear the perimeter. Remember close all gates, and take out any knight that try's to go against you, against my orders."

"Niki, Minx, and Fundy will go and prepare the arena, setting up the ritual, to summon in Herobrine. Be careful, don't place the last red stone torch— once you've made it, take position."

"Karl, and Quackity you guys will go up top the arena and place end crystals on the four towers, don't blow yourselves up please."

I finish as they all nod, and reminding me of a few things.

I look over at Tubbo and place a hand on his shoulder. The armor feels so cold against my hand.
"And Tubbo, you have to go the main speaker at the castle so that you can announce the message to all the people."

He nods, "I'll let them know the Prince is back, and to take shelter. Trust me, you'll hear it." his voice is laced in confidence. I smile at him before going back to facing everyone.

"Once Techno gets Tommy to admit his deal with Herobrine, we all head towards the arena, and if all goes to plan, I set off the last thing for the ritual, and at exactly sundown, after the chosen one is shown to the world, that's when Herobrine should appear." As I explain I notice Dream listening from the corner of my eyes, he was suited and ready to go.

"And Dream, you can make your way to the arena alone, I suppose you won't do anything to mess us up right?" I say not facing him still.

"When are we leaving?" He says not answering me.

"Right now." I respond and that's what we do, we all head outside.

"Okay everyone hold hands." I say as the emerald green sphere shimmers in my hand.

I take Techno's hand, and he takes George's and so on so on.

"Get ready for impact everyone." George yells out as I throw the sphere as far as anybody possibly could.

It went out of our vision and for a few seconds we stood there, gripping onto the hand we held before being teleported all at once into some trees.

The nostalgia it brought back as I hit the hard ground, was a lot but this time though - I don't feel as much pain since we have armor on.

I stand up still in a bit of shock making sure Niki, Minx and Tubbo were okay first. We all dusted ourselves off taking little to no damage.

I let George throw the next one and the same process happened three more times before we made it to the border walls.

"This is it. Good luck everyone. We've got exactly nine hours. No matter what happens, if you're close to dying, just get away, If anybody dies tonight, It'll be me because I'm not letting any of you go." I say looking at each and every one of them.

We all say our goodbyes and scatter, some enderpearling over the walls, others going through with invisibility potions.

Dream gives me one look and he was about to speak but I cut him off, "Go to your place Clay, I'll see you soon." He only breathes out before enderpearling away.

Only purple particles surround the area where he last stood.

"Alright boys, let's go!" Punz says breaking the tension and we all smile heading to the main entrance.

The guards immediately spot us and go into combat mode but I stand in the front, George on my right, Techno on my left, and Punz behind me.

Punz held a sharp glowing axe as he splashed us with strength. The red particles float around us.

George gripped onto his sword, pulling his glasses down and getting into position.

Techno held a crossbow, aiming directly at enemy sight. Rockets ready to shoot out at any second.

I didn't even need a weapon in hand, my boys had me covered no matter what.

"Gentlemen! Your Prince has returned home—" I say tightening my head band as my words echo through the guard's ears, fucking up their expressions.

"—And I don't plan on leaving any time soon."
