Sapnap's Pov

After breakfast, I decided to follow Techno out into the caves.

Dream was feeling a bit under the weather so he stayed home with George but surprisingly enough he let me go out into the blizzard.

The cave where we mine though isn't too far out although caves could be cold, we've explored it quite a bit, and I think we're gonna strip mine.

"Stay close, alright?" Techno's deep voice echoed as we entered the cave, torches already lighting up our way.

"Yeah, got it." I reply back.

"Hey Techno, you reckon the chosen one is anybody we know?" I say as I pick a wall to start carving into with my iron pick.

"I'm sure we know them but why does it matter so much? You guys worry about it like it'll affect you." He says as he mines beside me with a diamond pick.

"Well..." I say finding some bits of coal in the stone.

"What? You've spoken to Herobrine before? Or Steve? I mean that's the only reason why I would be so worried, but you're literally just a prince." He says almost wanting to laugh.

"I have spoken to Herobrine actually.." I say stopping what I was doing.

I could hear his pick get stuck in the rock as he stopped as well.

"You what?"

I sigh, "Yeah but it only happened once.."

He turned over to face me.

"What did he say?" he said and he sounded genuinely worried.

I returned the eye contact, "How about we sit down and talk..?" I ask and he only nods, sitting on the stone floor, as his back rest against some diorite.

I sit down beside him, moving some pebbles out the way.

"Okay..so that day me and Dream had an argument over some— jealousy stuff. And so I went into his room all mad, and while I was there, he appeared in a ghostly form, not human." I say as I grip onto my pick.

"And he said my name, and said that I should listen to dream because I killed him." I finished saying as I try and read his facial expression but it's blank like usual.

"So he was speaking in past tense..interesting." He whispers.

I nod and stay quiet.

"I mean, I see why you would be worried..but it's Herobrine, that man collects souls because he doesn't have one." Techno says with no emotion as he stands up and goes back to mining.

"I think Tommy has something to do with Herobrine.." I say and also go back to mining but Techno watches me.

"Tommy. Of course he does. That raid that you told me about, doesn't sound like an ordinary raid, that raid was planned by someone helping Tommy. The only issues with that is — we don't know the motives Tommy has, but he would be stupid enough to agree with Herobrine." Techno says as he points out some coal I didn't get.

"How come he was in that family picture at your house?" I ask and he only sighs.

"Tommy..he's my little brother, and Wilbur he was my twin, believe it or not, and I'm older by two minutes." He says chuckling at the end a bit.

"Brothers..but.." I was confused, Tommy's mom always mentioned how Tommy was an only child.

That would explain why his dad left..
