Mike, Emily and Mia all sat in the kitchen while mentor made them dinner. It was getting dark outside and Jayden was due back in the next hour. So far Kevin hadn't done anything bad, he had just been walking around the forest minding his own business. No one knew what he was up to but they were worried, Mia couldn't stop thinking about it.
"I can't believe if I just said let's not risk it we would still have Kevin," she sighed playing with her food with her fork. No one really had the appetite to eat but they knew they had to fuel their bodies so they all tried their hardest to force a little bit down.

"Mia it's better it happened this way, If he turned evil during a nylock attack you and Jayden would have never been able to hold them both off. Kevin is a very strong samurai," mentor said as Mia couldn't help but agree with him, he was a strong samurai.
"That's why it should have hit me, why was he so stupid and stood in the way," Mia said trying not to cry anymore, she felt like she had no tears left.
"Don't say that Mia, he likes you. Kevin told me at the start of this he's never made time for anything other than his samurai duties. He's put his guard down for you, no one knew what that powder was and for all he knew that could have really hurt you," Mike said as he eyes fell onto Emily as he thought of when she saved him as he wondered if she felt the same way. He felt bad for her, he could tell she was still in a lot of pain but too worried about Kevin to even feel it.

"I know, I'm sorry I'm such a mess," Mia said as Emily stopped her.
"Your not a mess Mia, your scared. We understand. We are going to support you through this until we find a way to get him back, have you found anything mentor?" Emily asked as mentor shook his head sadly.
"I've contacted the Tegan gate, I'm hoping they reach out soon and have some answers, until then we can only wait and hope they will be okay," mentor replied as the rest looked down.
Meanwhile it was getting dark and Jayden walk following Kevin around the forest, because Kevin was morphed Jayden could read his facial expression or body language. He knew to get Kevin back all he had to do was demorph him, but that was harder than it sounded even for Jayden without badly hurting him because he was one of the best rangers.
