It was the next morning, all the rangers got up bright and early all dying to know what mentors meeting was going to be about. No one knew what the black box was apart from mentor and from his tone of voice it sounded serious.
"Mike?" Kevin asked looking round the corner to see Mike sitting on a chair in the hall way playing his hand held gaming device.
"What's up?" Mike asked as Kevin turned his head confused.
"We've got a meeting soon, don't you want to get there early?" Kevin asked as Mike looked at him with a strange face.
"Dude, there's still a good 5 minutes until that meeting. I'm sore, I need a seat and this game happened to be in my pocket," Mike replied with a smug facial expression knowing Kevin wouldn't be able to say anything after Mike said he was sore.
Kevin felt so much guilt after what happened yesterday, he knew it wasn't his fault but he didn't see it that way. Everyone was still acting okay with him and Mia was so happy to have him back but Kevin felt different, he never imagined he would ever be an enemy to his team especially being on the nylocks side. Every thought he had sent shivers down his spine.
Mike quickly noticed Kevin's body language as he got up off the seat.
"You good man?"
Kevin nodded, he didn't want to cause anymore worry than he had already caused. He was stressed out, as much as he wanted to know what the black box is, he also hoped mentor would have a cure for him. He knew he would never be able to go out and fight if he didn't have the ability to morph and he couldn't stand the thought of letting Mia and the rest of the rangers fight without his help.
"How are you anyway? After everything you okay?"kevin asked Mike trying his best to change the subject as he noticed Mike trying to hold his normal facial expression as he noticed something was wrong with Mike.
"I'm fine dude, I'm just avoiding everyone cause I hate that question," Mike lied, his injuries was bothering him but his main concern was his situation with Emily. Mike had never felt this way about anyone before and he didn't even know why.
Kevin raised his eyebrow but decided not to ask anymore questions, he couldn't expect him to open up if he never did.
"Will we go Mr be on time," Mike chuckled as Kevin rolled his eyes as they all walked into the common room to see the rest of the rangers already there as they took a seat and mentor appeared.

"Rangers there's something I've been hiding from you for quite a while, but the nylock are becoming smarter. Many years ago the power rangers samurai before your generation had been on a mission not only to defeat nylock but to look for the black box. The black box holds the sealing symbol that can destroy all nylock and most importantly keep them gone," mentor explained as he watched all the rangers eyes widen, especially Jayden.
