Power Rangers Samurai All or Nothing

Chapter 27

It was dark and Jayden was running through the forest with his samurazier in his hand tracking Kevin's signal. He knew every minute was precious and he didn't know how much time Mike, Mia and Emily had left. From what Kevin told him, Jayden felt nervous. It was a scary situation.

Darren decided he would take the risk and help Kevin and Jayden save the rangers, he knew they would be heavily guarded with nylocks but he had to take the risk, he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if anything happened to them, especially after what happened to his team back in Viso.

"We are getting close," Jayden panted as he felt the sweat building up in his ranger suit, himself and Darren had literally ran miles to get there.

They saw Kevin learning on a tree looking stressed and dirty with mud as they sprinted up to him finding the energy to somehow go quicker.

" Kevin are you okay?" Jayden panted as Kevin nodded.

"We need to hurry!" Kevin said as he ran off in the direction the rangers as Jayden and Darren followed him, already tired.

Meanwhile all rangers where all lying limp on the chairs, all awake but barely aware.

Mias eye sight was blurry but she kept her eye on Mike and the back of Emily, she could make out they were hardly moving.

Thankfully the moogers and nylocks had left the room, obviously because they knew it was because the rangers were able to move anywhere by themselves.

"Emily? Mike?" She asked as loud as she could as she heard groaning coming from Mike.

"Mike, shake Emily's hand try wake her," Mia whispered feeling her eyes shut a bit more as she forced herself to keep them open. Scared if she went to sleep she wouldn't wake up again.

Mike weakly shook his and Emily's hand that he somehow never let go of through his whole injection.

"Em?" Mike said trying to speak as loudly as he could but it still came out as a whisper as he shook his hand a bit more hoping for some movement back from her.

With no sound or movement made from Emily, Mike got worried. He was in one of the worst states he had ever been in and was probably ever going to get in but he couldn't get Emily out of his mind. All the pains and emotions was getting too much for him as he started sobbing.

Mia could make out from her blurry vision mikes face going red as she heard him sobbing as her heart raced for Emily wondering why Mike was upset.

"Is she dead?" Mia asked lifting her head up trying to get a closer look at them as she heard Mike cry louder as mia couldn't handle it anymore, she tried to say something but she couldn't. She couldn't live without Emily and Kevin was no where in sight to support her and Mike. All of a sudden Mia started crying too, letting out all her built up emotions, letting out all the pain.

"I should have told her I wanted to be with her earlier, or yesterday or the day before or the day I first started having these feelings, but I missed my shot. I can't tell her that I love her," Mike said through his sobs as mias heart broke even more. She couldn't decided what was more painful the feeling going through her body or the pain of Emily being gone and Mike broken.

"Mike, try to wake her!" Mia cried, she couldn't take it anymore.

Suddenly a massive bang came from outside as the rangers got scared incase the nylock came back to give them more injections as Mike gave mia a look, knowing they wouldn't survive the second dose.

"I love you Em," Mike said closing his eyes, ready to get the next injection to be with her forever as he suddenly heard a small whisper come from his behind.

"Love you too," she whispered ever so faintly, basically still passed out on the chair as mikes eyes flew open.

"Emily's awake!"mike said to Mia who stopped crying and couldn't help but smile, but still scared for what was coming next. There was a constant banging on the door as every bang made each of their hearts race.

"Stay strong, we can all survive a second dose," Mia said trying to make the situation a little bit more positive but Mike new their odds where low, especially Emily's.

Suddenly there was a massive bang as all rangers closed their eyes as they soon heard familiar voices.

"Oh my god. What happened to you guys?" They heard Darren voice say as Mia opened her eyes and saw Kevin coming to her help as he untied her hands and legs and lifted her into his arms bridal style as Mia smiled, feeling safe again.

"Let's get you guys Home," Kevin said turning round to see Darren help support Mike with all his grip and Jayden carrying Emily who was unconscious at this point.

"Better hurry before the nylock comes back," Mike said as Darren immediately helped him start walking as Jayden and Kevin made their way behind him.

The walk back was painful and long, as soon as the rangers made it out the forest mentor came with the car and took Mike, Mia and Emily home as the boys walked the rest of the way as there was no room left in the car.

"I know what they are going through, they will survive that, but sanzu water destroys everything inside of you. It's painful," Darren said as the boys walked slowly towards the town centre, happy they were only 15 minutes away from the Sheba house.

"I'm happy we got to them on time, but we will have angry nylock on our cases, I wonder where they were," Jayden sighed, happy they had found the rest of his team alive but also scared of the unknown. He wished they could have a stress free day, but sadly that's unrealistic for a samurai ranger.

"How long do you think it should take for them to recover?" Kevin asked Darren, not wanting to see his girlfriend in pain for a long time.

"Depending on how much have had no more than a few days, it wears off eventually but you do feel tired for a good week after," Darren explained Kevin felt slightly more relieved. Leaving them trapped down their was the hardest thing he had to do and seeing them all look in so much pain made him feel guilty.

"Let's just hurry back, recon we could run the last 10 minutes?" Jayden asked as the boys nodded and jogged back home ready to support the rangers and mentor.
