Pain. All Emily felt was pain. She tried to open her eyes but she couldn't. She was worried incase she was dead and all she was ever going to feel was pain. Never being able to see her sister and her ranger family.
Emily tried to move her arm as pain shot through her body at 1000 Miles per hour as she let out a massive groan.
"EMILY talk to me Emily! Are you okay?"emily heard hearing a familiar voice as she realised it was Mike, happy that he was still alive too after their accident.
Emily tried to open her eyes to see him but failed as she let out another groan attempting to let him know that she was alive.
Mike heard this groan and it made him get extremely worried as he called for mentor. Mike didn't know why he cared so much about Emily, he knew he loved her like he loved everyone in here but he had a closer bond with her. He didn't know if it was because they were both the youngest out of the group but he had never been so close and comfortable with anyone in his life and was afraid of showing his weaknesses but with Emily it was different. He felt like he could be himself around her and he could never imagine loosing her.
Mentor came rushing through as Mike pointed to Emily's bed.
"She was groaning, is that ok?"mike asked as mentor checked over Emily and put some pain killers out for her with a glass of water.
"It's normal to groan Mike, she will be in a lot of pain. I'm sure her body will be starting to wake up after the trauma it's faced so all the pains will be starting to kick in, don't worry about her she's a strong girl," mentor smiled noticing Mike was still rubbing his collar bone and shoulder.

"If the pain doesn't start to get better in an hour give me another shout and I'll bring you some stronger medicine," mentor smiled as Mike thanked him As his eyes glared over to Emily's bed.
He could see the pain in her expression, even though she was sleeping she was in pain and it broke Mike's heart, he wished he was the one that wasn't Morphed. He knew Emily would still be in a lot of pain but not as much as she was now, she's lucky to be alive.
He looked up as the doors open as Kevin walked in and shut the door behind him.
"How you feeling?"Kevin asked Mike feeling sorry for him seeing him in pain as he clenched his shoulder as he pulled a chair up to his bed and sat down.
"I'll be okay dude. I'm more worried about our little yellow over there," Mike said as Kevin looked over to Emily's bed as her stomach turned having flashbacks of her operation. Her recovery wasn't going to be easy even with the symbol power she has.
"She will be okay Mike. She will be bouncing round here again annoying us searching for rainbow cookies soon enough,"Kevin jokes as Mike smiled, he knew Kevin wouldn't understand. He wasn't there to see it and didn't feel it so he didn't know what her body had gone through.
