Chapter 12
MaeRi's POV
I woke up to the sound of BaekHyun's singing.. He's got a good voice.. Just not so much in the morning.
I groaned as I got out of bed and out of my room to where the boys were, each one of them was doing something different.. I didn't care as I saw baekhyun singing in the living room, I walked straight to him and pulled his hair shutting him up.
"Ahh Ahh it hurts unni!!" He said as he pulled away from me. I let him go, He stood still and looked at me for a moment "Unni... You're really ugly in the morning.." He said plainly. I hit the back of his head "Babo" (Babo: Idiot) Even though BaeKhyun was older than me, that's how I would always treat him. And not once has he objected.
I went up to my room and washed up in the in-room-bathroom. I changed into short jeans and a black tshirt, and tied my hair up in a bun.
I went down and said good morning to the guys. Lay and Xiumin had already left due to work early, so I had to make breakfast for only 5 people.
I went straight to the kitchen, I decided to make pancakes. Sehun helped me make them, while Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Chen sat in the living room watching TV.
Soon enough, we were done. I called the guys and we sat at the dining table and chatted a bit while eating.
BaekHyun: "These pancakes are the best I've ever had!" He said while stuffing his mouth.
Chanyeol: "I agree" He nodded
Chen: "You're a great cook, unni" He lifted his thumb up assuring.
Sehun: "I made them" He Plainly said.
BaekHyun: "Yah! You just helped, Unni is the real cook here!"He said defending. Just when Sehun was about to open his mouth to fight back,
"Shut up and just eat." I coldly cut them off.
After, we were done with eating, I washed the dishes and soon enough, they bid their goodbyes and I was left alone at the house.
It was only 10:45 in the morning. I got up to clean a little around the house, when my phone rang, I picked it up not looking at the caller ID "Yeoboseyo?"
"Ohh MaeRi" it was HeeJin's voice "Can you come over? I need help.." She said over the phone.
I didn't know what she meant, but since I was bored anyway, I decided to go see what's up with her "Okay" I hung up and went to the door, Put on my converse and went going.
-At HeeJin's House-
I rang the doorbell and waited for not so long, like, two seconds as she opened the door quickly and pulled me inside. "I don't know what to wear on my date!!" She said freaking out at the door. "Help me, please?" She said worriedly. I closed the door behind me and tried to comprehend to what she was saying.
"What date?" I asked confused
"MY DATE WITH KYUNGSOO TODAY!"
"Oh Right!" I said as I realized it was Saturday. The day she goes on a date with Kyungsoo.
"Just wear a cute dress or something, I don't know.. I'm not good with stuff like that HeeJin-ah!" It's really true I am the worst person to help you out on what to wear. I mean, I hardly pick my own clothes and they are the worst!
"But you're my only friend and you GOTTA help me out here!!" She put her hands together begging.
"Okay, first, let's go to your room." I said giving up and pulling her up to her room.
We went up to her room and I started getting things out of her wardrobe, t-shirts, skirts, shorts, blouses, tank tops, and light cardigans.. I tried to match things together, but I couldn't find anything.. "Are you sure that's all you have?" I asked as I left the wardrobe empty and everything was thrown down on the floor.
"Yeah.. I'm not hiding anything in my pocket!" She said sarcastically rolling her eyes.
"You don't even have a dress.." I murmered. I took a deep breath and looked at the clothes on the floor, my hands on my hips... And then something caught my eyes.
"Oh oh!! How about this?!" I exclaimed holding a cute soft-rose blouse and a light-crème skirt, that if you put them together they look like a dress! (See Media)
I smiled widely at my choice.
"Are you sure?" HeeJin asked uncertainly eyeing down the outfit.
"Yes, it's cutely adorable and perfect for the weather!!" I said handing her the skirt and blouse and pushing her into the closet to change.

She came out wearing the outfit I had picked.
"Woah, so pretty" I said clapping my hands cutely.
"You sure about this?" she said eyeing down her figure.
"Yes, it's perfect! Even more perfect on you!!" I grinned "All you need now is-" I was cut off when her phone rang.
She went to pick it up "OMG OMG it's Kyungsoo! What should I do??" She looked at the screen and then back at me, she looked freaked out.
"Calm down" I said shaking her shoulders "It's alright, you just have to pick up!" I smiled assuringly.
She looked down at her phone in her hands and gulped "Yoeboseyo?"
"Yes"
"Oh really? That's a great idea!"
"Okay.."
"Yes.."
"Bye!"
She said over the phone.. I didn't know what he was saying but she seemed quite happy about it so I assumed it was good news.. How obvious.
"So, what is it?" I asked curiously
"It's such a relief!!" She said as she suddenly hugged me
"Did he propose already?" I said teasingly and she immediately let go of me and frowned
"Yah! Are you out of your mind?" She yelled at me
"You seemed too excited" I shrugged with a soft smile plastered on my lips. "So, what is it, really?" I said getting back to our main topic.
"He asked if you were free today, then he'll be having someone over and it will be awesome to have a double date!!! Isn't that amazing?!" She said jumping up and down.
"What? Double date? Who is that someone?"
"How should I know? Oh my God I can't believe you're so stupid!!" She said massaging her forehead.
"But I don't date! I've never been on a date before" I said in complete shock
"Well, at least not a real one.." I thought when I remember that time with Kyungsoo.. "And what's even worse, is that it's a BLIND DATE!" I added "And don't you think it's a horrible idea for him to double date on your first date anyway?" I was really not liking the idea.
"It Doesn't matter! I'm sure Kyungsoo's Friend is nice and it will be tons of fun!" She said trying to cheer me up. "Plus, you're my best friend and you have to help me out on this, and you being there is the perfect way to do so!!"
