Chapter 14

Kai's POV

Kyungsoo Hyung had dragged me here with him, saying I need some experience with girls.. Well, I do have many, but hyung wanted to teach me how to be this thing called….. Oh! Decent! I don't even understand why I should be decent with girls! I always treat them badly and they like me just the way I am!

I tried to pull out of my brother's plans "Hyung, I really don't need this, I ca-"

"No, JongIn, you do need this and you will do this!" He said cutting me off "Dad wants you to do this as well! You need to stop playing around and start taking responsibility!" He said with a super-serious face

"But Hyung, how is dating even a responsibility?!"

"It teaches you how to be a gentleman and treat women with grace and decency" He answered plainly. "You just need to observe and learn from me"

I groaned at my hyung's doings. I immersed my cheeks in my palms and stared out of the glass wall next to me.

I heard the door of the Café open, I didn't care to look as I was spacing out.

"Blind date my a**" I whispered to myself, pretty annoyed by this day already.

 KyungSoo got-up from his chair and kicked mine, I gazed up at him, he sent me a death glare, and so I stood up, I put my hands in my pocket and fixed my eyes out the glass wall, with an annoyed face not looking at whats' coming towards us.

  I could see from my Peripheral vision that KyungSoo had shook and even kissed the hands of one of the girls, I lowered my gaze to see that the other girl was standing still.. I could tell because all I can see is her semi-beige coloured heels, and they were not moving one bit.

My eyes lazily looked up scanning every detail of that girl's body. The dress was elegant and matched the heels.. My eyes gradually reached up to her neck, it was plain, not even a single necklace was wrapped around it. Her skin was white as ice, I noticed. I then scanned her face.. My eyes widened immediately as I saw that face.. "JongIn, this is MaeRi, A very dear friend of mine" Kyungsoo exclaimed introducing her.. As If I don't know who she is already..

I was dumbfounded by the figure infront of me.. I've never seen her like this and I just HAVE to admit she looks pretty.. Very pretty.

"MaeRi-ssi, this is JongIn, he's my brother.. I believe you have met him before" He said secretly pinching my arm to get me back to my senses.. "I--" Just as I was about to speak.. "No, this is the first time we meet, it's nice to meet you, JongIn-ssi" She cut me off offering her hand for a shake and smiling innocently at me

"What? First time we meet? Does she not recognize me? Is she playing some game with me right now? Is she trying to keep her image infront of KyungSoo?" I thought to myself..

I couldn't think of anything to say.. I looked down at her hands that were waiting for mine, I took her hands in for a shake and looked back up at her face, she just smiled.

"And this is HeeJin, she's soon to be my girlfriend" Hyung said holding the other girl's hand and smiling cheesily at her. The girl blushed.

"Gross" I murmured under my breath.

We sat down at the table of four.. KyungSoo facing his girl, Heejin.. And MaeRi facing me..

KyungSoo: "What would you like to drink?" He asked the girls

HeeJin: "Americano is fine with me" She smiled

MaeRi: "I'll take Honey flavoured bubble tea"

KyungSoo: "JongIn, do you mind getting the ladys' orders? And get Mango bubble tea for me." He said a smile plastered on his face.

I got up from the table and went at the cashier, ordered 1 Mango bubble tea,  1 honey bubble tea, 1 Americano and 1 Black coffee for me.

The waitress said she'll send them to our table when they're done. And so I went back to our table. I secretly glanced at MaeRi before sitting down on the chair facing her.

They were laughing and talking, I didn't know what about so I silently gazed out the glass window and chose to ignore their conversation.

KyungSoo: "You look pretty today MaeRi-ssi" I heard Hyung say.

"What the hell? Is he flirting with her now? He already said he has a-soon-to-be-girlfriend!" I couldn't help but think.. I then mentally slapped myself "Why am I even concerned?"  

MaeRi: "Thank you, Kyungsoo-ssi" I looked at her. Did I just see her bluhing?

HeeJin: "AHEM!" She interrupted "What about me, Kyungsoo-ssi? Should you take MaeRi on a date instead?" She said teasingly

"Why would he take her on a date? She's MY DATE!" I mentally slapped myself again for thinking like this.

KyungSoo: "Yah, are you getting  jealous already?" He said teasingly as well.

HeeJin: "Pfft! Why would I be jealous?" She raised one eyebrow teasingly.

MaeRi: "You two make a real cute couple"

"She thinks that's cute? It's sick I think I'm gonna vomit anytime soon" I thought.

HeeJin blushed at MaeRi's words.

KyungSoo: "I know, she's just too cute, she's even cuter when she gets jealous like that" He flirted

"Stop it.." Heejin said lowering her eyes to face the table and not KyungSoo's eyes.

KyungSoo: "Beautiful" He smiled at her, and she blushed even more

"So Cheesy" I thought "I would never treat a girl like that.. That's just so not my style"  I ignored their cheesiness and looked out of the glass wall. I think this glass wall is getting more interesting than these people.
