MaeRi's POV

"It's not the one you wanted" JongIn threw the stuffed dragon I was holding on the ground; there was seriousness in his face.

"There's still one coin, I'll definitely get you the one you wanted" he said with determination in his voice. I couldn't quite explain why he looked so cool in my eyes at that moment, I guess the firmness and persistence in him made me look up to him. Like he won't settle for less than what he wants.

And the fact that he wanted  to get me the bear I asked for specifically, even though he looked tough on the outside, I thought he was kind of sweet. I know I should be punching him in the face for making me so pissed earlier, but somehow that's now how I feel right now. I was actually kind of happy... Maybe JongIn isn't as bad as I thought~

He inserted the last coin and took a deep breath, as ready to battle. He then grabbed the joystick and started moving it very carefully, when the claws went down, I was surprised it got up with the white bear. I grinned widely.

 JongIn sighed in relief before facing me and smiling softly "jjang" (jjang: Taddah) his smile widened.

I picked up the white thing abruptly and hugged it as if it was my long lost cousin. "KYAAH! I can't believe you actually got it!! Thank you!!!" I squealed and put the bear aside as I hugged JongIn so suddenly, I didn't even realize I was hugging him until he cleared his throat. I immediately let go and held the bear again, I could feel my cheeks heating up. I looked at the ground to avert his gaze. I could feel him smirking proudly. 

JongIn placed his hands  in his pockets with a smile plastered on his face and we started walking.

 I was still holding the bear tightly, I noticed a few people giving me weird looks but I didn't mind. "What's so special about that bear anyway?" JongIn asked eyeing down the white fur in my arms.

"I don't know, it reminded me of a friend" I answered casually. He nodded.

 After a few moments of silence he asked "Who's that friend?"

I was kind of taken aback; I didn't expect him to ask that "Would you know if I told you his name?" I teasingly replied, as if he knows my friends or something.

"No, but still, tell me."

"Why do you want to know?"

"We're friends now, right?"

I kept silence for a moment before I spoke "Byun Baekhyun"

"What?" He seemed confused

"That's my friend's name." I smiled remembering the resemblance between him and this white bear. I added before he could speak "let's eat ice-cream~" I pointed at an ice-cream cart.

We went to the cart and got icecream, JongIn was holding both of mine and his, since my hands were occupied with the bear, we sat at a nearby bench and I placed the bear beside me and took my ice-cream from JongIn's hands. Mine was blackberry flavored, and his was chocolate.
