For days, V kept on texting and calling Bom, wishing that she could give him a chance to talk to her. However, she never picked up any of his calls or even read his messages. Because of how worried he was, he turned down Hyojoo's offer to go with him on dates and went to Bom's shop everyday, wishing to see her.

He was slowly going crazy.

"Listen, I don't know why you refuse to spend time with me. I don't know if you are mad because I had to work at my father's company and turned down your date or-"

V just silenced Hyojoo with a glare before checking his phone again. Hyojoo felt her heart break as she started whining. V furrowed his eyebrows, ignoring her annoying whines as he constantly checked his messages with Bom.

"Why do you keep looking at your phone? Do you not love me anymore?"

Hyojoo whined, trying to snatch V's phone away but V just pushed her away a bit too violently. Hyojoo ended up falling on the ground. Shocked, V rushed to her side and held onto her arm. His eyes were opened wide as he asked,

"Babe! Are you ok?"

Pissed, Hyojoo slapped his hand away and sat on the floor like a toddler. Pouting, she exclaimed,

"How can I be fine if my boyfriend pushed me on the floor? Just tell me if you want to break up with me! Don't treat me like shit!"

Realisation dawned upon V as he embraced Hyojoo in his arms tightly. Hyojoo tried to push him away but it was futile. His hug was too tight. So, instead, she gave up and hugged him back. V, feeling extremely guilty, apologised,

"I'm so sorry. These days, I've been in a bad mood so I neglected you. You must've been so hurt."

However, despite the sincere and heart-felt apology, deep down inside, V kept thinking about Bom. He did not want to admit it but he missed her.
