Jinhee's POV

As soon as I step out of the bus to school, I spotted my bestfriend walking towards the school gate. My initial reaction was to run to him and jump on his back, startling him for a second before holding onto my thighs as he gives me a piggy back ride to the school.

We've always been this close, like brothers and sisters. People say we were really close, but he'd always deny that we were more than that. He sees me as nothing but a sister, but I loved him more than a brother.

It's not a sin right? We're not related anyway. We just grew up together, making him look at me like a sibling, but I never looked at him less than a man. He was always there to make my heart speed up, or my face flush in an instant.

"What are you thinking about Jinhee ah?" he asked,

The people around us were used to our behavior towards eachother, and they seem immune to this piggy back ride scenario.

"Nothing. Kangjun ah~ What do you think about bubble tea later, dismissal?" I asked.

"Want a better idea?" he asked, tilting his head to the side, looking at me. I looked at him with a questioning face and he started towards the other way.

Oh no, his rebellious bad boy side is showing again.

"School's the opposite direction, Kangjun!" I said but he just smirked.

"Let's just skip school!"

"KANG.JUN.AH!" I screamed, hanging on tightly as he ran fast before any teacher notices us and stops us.

"BWOH?!" I screamed, as I couldn't believe what he told me as we drank our bubble teas in a shop instead of being in school. He shyly looked away, choking on his own bubble tea.

"Keep it quiet." He hissed.

"You can't take it back you know." I said, leaning over excitedly as my happiness couldn't be contained. Kangjun just confessed to me... the guy I've liked since I could remember... just asked me out.

"Why would I take it back, pabo." He chuckled, smiling at me.

"As much as I'm happy to be finally be going out with you, don't you think we might get caught if we stayed outside of home?" I asked, chuckling but he just shrugged and smiled.

"You know anyone's house who wouldn't send us back to school when they find out we ditched just so I could ask you out?" he laughed and I shook my head.

"Fair point. Let's enjoy this day then." I smiled, chuckling.

We spent the day, going to the mall despite being in our uniforms. It was quite funny how people would stare at us, but never said a thing as they shook their heads with small smiles.
